If we are going to court tomorrow on an eviction how long will we have in the state of Missouri to vacate the property?

They will tell when you go to court... judge is really the one who decides.. he could say 2 days.. or he could say the rest of the month

You did not say way you are getting evicted, But it can be as soon as 2 or 3 days, to 30 days
My guess will be a week.
