How can you get someone off property if you are a new owner of land with 2 trailer and only want one on land?

Depends on why they are on the land. If they had a lease agreement with the previous owner you have to honor it.

Welcome to AMHD. Just curious: are you the new owner? Did you have notice that there are tenants? Who owns the trailers? Are there written leases? Most likely, you will have to evict under the law of your state, in accordance with any rights the tenant may have under a written lease or through the landlord/tenant law of your state.

He is a ex stepbrother and he has lived there for free and I am taking over the land for my mother. There is no agreements.

Who owns the trailer?
In either case, you give him 30 days written notice that he has to move. If he doesn't then you have to file in your local courts for an eviction order.
