what are the best vitamins to take to make your hair grow?

Some of the best vitamins and minerals for hair are

Folic Acid 800mcg, Biotin 200mcg, Pantothenic Acid 200mg, vitamin E, Zinc 30mg, Manganese 10mg, Choline 1000mg, Inositol 250mg, Para Amino Benzoic Acid 60mg

Which one out of those would you say is best to take?
Is there a brand name of vitamins I could get like at gnc store or anywhere?

I just got back from a haircut and was told that my hair is falling out and that I should avoid stress *ha, the only way to do that is to DIVORCE the stress creator* and not to put my hair in a ponytail nor to color or perm it at all!

Thank goodness this Great Clips was next store to a Walmart because I immediately went there and bought some Vitamin E & picked up a bottle of Biotin ($2.96) which states for hair & nails right on the bottle. So, being that I already take a multi + extra calcium, magnesium & zinc + geritol elixer for iron + Esther C, I'm thinking with the purchase of these 2 new minerals I should be covered and that my hair will stop falling out. Will report results within a couple of weeks. Wish me luck!

P.S. You don't have to go to GNC and pay big bucks for vitamins yanno ;-) Good Luck 2U2!

Ill have to go look for it.
But I have already gotten some vitamins, its ultraa nourish-hair says it has 1200 mcg bistin.
So should this work well?

Hi, I went to a salon and someone told me about a product called Nioxin, it comes in pill form for skin, nails and hair only. I have been on it and I have to say it must be working because my nails and hair are growing so much. My skin is in great shape and I bought this product and the shampoos also from trade secrets in my mall. My hair was cut a little to short and within a few months it is in middle of my back. Hope this helps
