I am tryingto get bathtub faucets off to adjust mechanism inside. There is no water coming out everything else has good pressure

One... two... or three handle setup? Sounds like a 2 or 3 handle tub/shower valve. Can you confirm? And you say no water coming out at all... no hot OR cold?? Is there a trickle at least?

2 handles. The water does trickle out but that's about it. Theses were put in just a couple months ago.toilet and sink both have great pressure. It looks like there a small hole in side to get to a screw of some sort. Ithought an allen wrench but it did not seem to work

Check again on the allen wrench.. there is standard sizes AND metric sizes.. *frown*... I am pretty sure you will need to find the hright size allen wrench and that will do it for you. Let me know what happens.
