Please, could anybody recommend a good cellphone that has a swiveling camera lens?

I'd like it to be more on the small side... Not too large. But, please show all the cellphones you know of. I can't find many. :)

I suppose not totally just swiveling camera lens... But what I want is just for it to be easy and convenient to take self-pics.

Lgcu500 great fone durable not too bulky cheap and efficient music and ring is LOUD I've had 2 both thrashed still work great gave one to my brother long battery life and take decent pics and video with moving camera
