I need some advice on how to legally evict my 22 year old daughter and her boyfriend, who does not have our authorization to live in my house. Can I simply just change the lock and move their belongings out without having any issue with the law in Florida, or do I have to go through the tenant eviction procedure? Thanks.

If they don't pay rent you can just take their stuff out and change the locks.

I'd go with the pack their things and change the locks option.
