Hi,

Lately I have noticed that my hair is dryer and every time I wash my hair and comb it, there is a lot of hair on the comb. This happens every time I brush or comb my hair in the morning and at night. I noticed my hair is uneven from breaking. I need a really good shampoo and conditioner, but do not know where to start. Any info would be extremely helpful.

Thanks,

Janine

A good way to really get your hair conditioned when it is really bad is to leave the conditioner on your hair kind of thick for a few hours with a bath cap to cover it. A good time would be when you are going to be home and sure you aren't going anywhere or when you go to sleep (use sheets you don't really care about) Infusium 23 Split End Repair and Aveda Deep conditioner are good. I also like Neutragena when my hair needs more attention.

Dry hair is due to a lack of moisture. Look for a moisturizing a shampoo and conditioner designed for dry hair. You should also do a deep conditioning treatment once a week. Deep conditioning treatments can and help repair and restore moisture in the hair.
