Fill with diesel fuel and turn key to ON. Repeat this a number of times, until the fuel pump pressurizes the fuel rail. Then, it should start. There's also the possibility you sucked up a lot of water in the tank. Therefore, you may need to drain any water and replace the fuel filter.
