I reserve the liquid in the chic peas. Put the Chic peas in processor, lemon juice, garlic, cummin, and just a touch of olive oil. I then turn on the processor and add the liquid, just enough to procees the ingrediants smoothly. I could live on it too. They have a great whole wheat, hard flat bread at Costco that has flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and a bunch of other really good stuff that goes really, really well with Hummus. Hummus Rocks!

Ohh yea, Hummus is never good with out a little but if the chic pea water.
That sounds good.
Cumin.. is that the purpleish stuff?
That bread sounds really good. I used to have a flaxseed type bread. I love hummus and Flaxseed.

There is a fantastic Middle Eastern/Indian restaurant in my town. It's the smallest hole in the wall and its owned by a family - the mother does all the cooking. Their hummus is insanity. I practically have to stop myself from licking the bowl. I don't know what they do to it I know the main differences between their hummus and others I've had is the addition of dill. Other then that is hummus heaven.

Hahaha I know what you mean, and ios healthy for you!
A lot of protein and fiber, little fat (if you want to count the olive oil then sure there is fat)
