Hey You,

I am looking for some advice. Here is my story: My MS is typically 30-31 days long. My MS usually comes between the 26th and 28th every month. My last MS you could say was August 2-4th, which was a spotting. I figured was my MS was a little late from my weight loss of the wedding that was August 4th. My period should have come anywhere from the 26th-2nd. It is not here. I am now 47 days since my last MS. About 2 weeks ago I noticed I was very exhausted. Going to bed around midnight, and struggling to get out of bed at 11am the next morning. I constantly stay tired, you know the feeling; burning eyes. I have been cramping for the last 2 weeks as if my MS was on it's way, but nothing. I did notice large amounts of discharge. My breasts are not really tender, but if I press on my nipple there is a little tenderness but nothing to sream over. I have been pretty regular with my bowels until the last 3 days. I am starting to get constipated, and my eating habits have stayed the same. I have had on and off headaches, but luckily none this week. I have noticed I am starting to get hungry around 9:30pm, which is not me. I took my first First Response pregnancy test on the 26th of August, negative. I took another First Response pregnancy test the 5th of September, faint line... but it was after the 20 minutes, so I think it might have been an evaporation line. I took an Equate pregnancy test on the 9th of September and again it was negative. I keep telling myself "no you are not pregnant," so this will all subside. But it isn't. I am in the process of changing insurance companies from my parents' to my husband's; therefore I am going to get a blood test once it goes through. My question is this, have any of you have trouble with getting positive urine tests? If so, how long did it take to show?

Thanks =]

You can go get a qualatative pregnancy test at your local hospital and it isn't much more expensive then the average hpt. (when I got mine-after being 2 months late- it was only $11) this is more accurate. Could be that you have just missed a cycle, or any number of other reasons. Take a qualatative blood test, if it comes out negative and you miss a second period, go see your doctor.
