I was suppose to get my period on 7/20 but I didn't,I took a pregnancy test on 7/28 it came out negative,I got my period 7/30, my period was never late. Its 8/19 and for about a week I been having lower back pains and I been tired and feel like sleeping all the time, sometimes I can't even look at food and sometimes I can't stop eating, especially sweets. Last night I was in a mood for something sour so I ate couple herrings in vinegar that my mom made and after that a sandwich with honey ham and ketchup and couple cookies, today I don't feel like eating all I want to do sleep. I also been getting upset easily for passed few days and everything is bothering me.

You got your period on 7/30, so you aren't due for a few days yet.

Pregnancy symptoms can mimic PMS also. The only way to tell anything is wait until you have missed your period then take a HPT using first morning urine.

That's true but me and my boyfriend we haven't had anything since the last time we had it which was 7/15 and than my period was late so I took the test it was negative but lately I don't know why I been the way I am... is it possible there is something wrong or that my period on 7/30 wasn't my period at all.

Stress will cause periods to be messed up completely. That may be what is causing this. Also, I do not know your age, but if you are younger than about 24 your hormones are still all over the place and can cause different menstrual cycles also.

Normal as in what? You see, we learned in Nursing School that nothing is normal. LOL, what may be normal for you may not be normal for me... you see.

If you had your period chances are you are not pregnant. However, some women get what resembles a period in the early months of pregnancy. Since you are sexually active, there is always a chance.

Unfortunately you are now playing what we refer to as The Waiting Game. You have to wait for a missed period to test using first morning urine.
