Hey,
I have been dying my hair light ash blonde for over a year now, but yesterday it came out with a bluish tent. I was wondering what I could do? If you know any no dye ways to take the blue out, I would love to hear about them!! Thank everyone:)

My regular hair color is light blonde and I recently colored it and it turned out black so I went to a beauty salon and they tried to fix it but now it looks orange. Is there anything I can do to get it back to my original blonde color?

Sweetie in order to go from dark to light blonde, you will need to lighten your hair with bleach to a pale yellow stage and then apply a toner. Anything other than that will result in a red or orange shade. It's difficult to do this process yourself, you could end up damaging your hair. Please go to a salon and have do a corrective color.

Ash hair colors contains a green, blue, and violet base. You probably used a strong hair color with a blue base, which left a blue cast in your hair. You will need use an orange base color to neutralize the blue tones. Select a color 'that's the same shade as your current color that contains an orange base'. Combine the color with a 10-volume peroxide developer in equal parts with an ounce of hair conditioner. So you will need to use half the hair color and half the peroxide developer, and an ounce of hair conditioner. Apply the mixture on your hair for 15 minutes then rinse it out. You will find these at a beauty supply store. Be sure to ask the sales clerk or person who's working there to help you find the right products.
