I find them uncomfortable and unsanitary (can cause urinary tract infections in women if worn all day under clothes) . They are actually misplaced under clothes, IMO, on the beach for those who like more tan in places, yes, they are sexy, but have you ever had a sunburn on y our butt cheeks:eek: I learned a long time ago, I don't want an all-over tan that bad.

I agree that is just wrong. Maybe she is going for a tan on the bum bum though cause it is pretty white. But I believe some things should not be worn on certain people. If she were to wear it as underwear under her pants and it makes her feel sexy all power to her. But @ the beach I don't know..

Don't really care for thongs. I never liked wedgies; why should girls? If they do, there are much more interesting materials than nylon. Au natural would be better, even on grandma.

Actually... the material is REALLY important from the female hygine perspective. Cottons... real good... Nylon and many synthetics... not good. Wife's never had an UTI yet... and wears them daily. But she weary only those mostly cotton that breath and wick moisture.

And yeah... a lot of them are made of the very materials that will cause many women issues. Nylon being about the worst.

From the comfort end... G-Strings are more comfortible than thongs. A LOT less material in the butt crack to feel which is what bothers most people that have issues.

I am a programmer. I am working primarily with Visual Studios 2008. They prefix all their class names with a C. So you get CDialog, CButton, CEdit. So I was trying to get some information on their String class, CString.

I found this: C-String. Which seems a little more uncomfortable than a G-String or a Thong. You find the strangest things when looking for something completely innocent.

As for the Butt-Floss. They are nice to look at, but do they look better then full bottom panties, or boy cut, or Granny panties, or what not? I don't know. I like the look of the boy cut over the thong.

The Girl-friend refuses to wear them because she hates the feeling of the permanent wedgie that comes along with them.

I just want to say one thing:

If you have a worse wedgie from a thong than you'd have from any other panties---then you're wearing the wrong size.

I wear a thong when it's an outfit where the panty line shows. If I'm wearing a skirt then it's bikini briefs, especially on a windy day. ;)

I must be in a minority but I really can't bear thongs. Can't stand to wear them and don't like to see them on other people. As for panty line - I'd rather go commando. Mind you I can't even stand weating those flip-flops that have a strap between your toes. I'm obviously rather weird, ah well.

Flossing my butt crack isn't high on my list of things to do. No offense to anyone who does wear them but I think they look trampy.
They are even making women's sanitary pads you can wear with your thong now too... yuck.

Back when I worked at a bakery the owner (female) gave us a big speech about not wearing visible thongs to work in case the customers got offended.

Personally I don't find g-strings or thongs sexy. (fine I'm a woman and that might play a role in me not seeing the point) I don't find it sexy on me or anyone else...

I don't think its flattering on me at all and I have never worn them (tried, NEVER Worn for more than 2 mins) Its also uncomfortable!

Different clothes call for different stuff!

I'm partial to bikinis and thongs, though.

My hangup on underwear is material. I can't STAND the nylon crap. It has to be cotton, or at least mostly cotton. Anything else just doesn't breathe well, and I end up feeling gross, even if there's nothing to feel gross about.

There should have been a disclaimer before you showed that !
