I was thinking maybe natural but from observation natural breasts go with the gravity of the body and in this case it is to the side and closer to the head. They "should" be going closer to her neckline rather then to the front and side (if that makes any sense). I don't have any arguments over the nipples just the "way" they are sitting on her body is not corresponding (computer enhanced?). I say fake because of that, but she sure is a beautiful model.

And then there's the blow up (pardon the phrase) kind of implant. Those guys are easy to spot because they have a small generator next to the bed.
