If she slept with you this first time she may be afraid that you could think she's too easy so try to prouve her you don't feel this way and you think she's a girl you can date and not just have sex with... Restaurant is always a good idea...

If she's willing to try again for a late night movie date, go for it. If she makes a move on you during the movie, gently push her away and tell her you want to get to know her now, find out who she is and what interests her. If she still won't leave you alone, pop the movie out of the DVD player, tell her good night, and go home.
