You need to get rid of him fast. He is using you for money and for oral pleasure. He is taking you for granted. Find someone who loves you and respects you. You are not doing anything wrong. You need a real man. One with a job and one who will provide your other needs. DO NOT SETTLE FOR LESS?

Call the local authorities and find out... without a lease or without paying rent he may or may not have any rights, but cover your butt first. The sooner you start the sooner he can be gone.
