Well, you have the facts in front of you... you have no reason to expect anything different than what you've had, or not had.

No sex.
No compromise.
No condifence in solving this issue.

In return you get to be the personal counselor and suck it up.

I'm sorry. I've done a lot of dumb, dumb things for love. Changed my life plans. Chose another over my needs. Wasted time, energy, dreams, etc.

Eventually you step in proverbial dog crap enough and you realize you actually don't NEED to be doing this over and over and having to clean up the mess.

I know. She's a friend. You care about her. Even love her. You feel responsibility. You feel pressure. You are concerned about what shed do without you.

Tough.

You care about a woman who seems to be incompatible with you and unwilling to seek out a compromise. How in the world does that formula result in ANYBODY being happy?
