Is it quotation for specific items such as HW parts or SW licenses or other office equipments or is it a response for an RFP (request for proposal) on a complex project having resources and purchases involved?

Be specific in your proposal, list what you will be providng and what won't be included. Such as a limited warranty on the office equipment, set-up and delivery.
