Very glad to hear that. So sorry that you were placed in that position. I know that is very disillusioning to anyone in treatment.
These circumstances result from preventable errors. Lack of training, ineffective review protocols, testing capabilities misrepresented.
Use of the immunoassay (screening) test is a shortcut to save a few dollars by not confirming the result at the time of test. That few dollars has now been turned into thousands in losses in your case only: personnel, court costs, etc. And that isn't considering your cost and misery.
