I drank 6 maybe 7 shots on Tuesday and stop drinking before 5:30pm and had to take an EtG test Thursday at 9pm will I be positive

I drank 8 beers on a Saturday night and passed 60 hours later (Tuesday at 3:30pm)

Shouldn't be taken as actual results. Your milage will vary and, if in the same situation, you could test positive. If you know you're going to be tested. Stay sober.
