I am taking the Sport Yoga certification too and I cannot find the answer to this question either. Have you had any luck?
Knees extending pass your toes. Not keeping your spine straignt. Keeping shoulders, hips and knees aligned. Hope this helps. I think I researched on the internet. It's pretty basic stuff. Good luck with your course. I finished last year.
Thanks for the help. I even emailed a Yoga teacher asking for help, and he even said that that was a strange question. Were your answers long or straight to the point? Have you began teaching Yoga yet using your certification?
