Are you using any form of birth control?

You are 17 right? This could be hormonal, due to your age.

Well, it may be all in your hormones, and you should really hope that it is.

If you are not ready to tell your mom, then honestly you should not be having sex. Even if you are on the pill, the pill is not 100% effective. Just ask my two oldest boys, 20 and 18 years old.

Really if you are not ready to be a mother, you should reconsider sex. I know it is hard, but sex WILL result in pregnancy. Maybe not this time, but next time, or the time after.

I understand not wanting to tell your mom, I really do, but, if you are pregnant you need all the help you can get. You need to get to a doctor and get on prenatal vitamins.

I am hoping for your sake that it is only your young hormones, and that you period will start back up. Maybe you should consider taking a home pregnancy test.

You need to tell your mom, no matter what the outcome. I know you are afraid to tell your mom because you think she will kill you but you need to be able to share this with her. If you do not, and something serious does happen then you will make things worse. Your mother in time will come around and will be supportive of you and will appreciate you being honest with her.

Yea sex is definatley not worth this..
Im thinking about getting a test but I don't have any money.
And I really hope it starts back up.

The test is only about $7 where I live. If you don't have the money for a test then you don't have the money for a baby.

Listen to what Joe said, he is right on the money.

    Yea I know that.
And I don't want to ask my mom for money for it.
If it doesn't start back up within a few days Im just going to get a friend to help me out or something and come with me to get one.
And I never took any birth control pills or anything.

Then save your lunch money & get yourself a pregnancy test. Your mom does need to know what's going on though.

I had my daughter when I was your age, that was 10 yrs ago. Its very hard to raise a child when your young, you need to go to a doctor and get checked out and if it's a false alarm, make sure next time you use protection.

I understand where your coming from I was 16 when I got pregnant and 17 when I had him. My boyfriend that got me pregnant well he is my husband now, anyway we sat down with my parents and his and told them and really it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, my mom just cried a little and that's it. Where is he guy that possibly got you pregnant? If he is around the he should take you to the health dept. and since you don't have any money they probably won't charge you and even if theydo youdon't have to payup front. If you are pregnant it's going to be really hard especially if "the guy" isn't around, it was still hard for me even though I got married and it's still a little hard today and I'm 21 with two kids now so best of luck to you and I really hope you are not pregnant, you have plenty of time for that after you get out of school.

I'm sure one of your friends can lend you the money for a home pregnancy test that's easy and cheap to buy. No doctor involved. At least you'll have a general idea of whether you need to be concerned.

But I also agree with the posters who suggested you need to not be having sex. The drive to be intimate is strong, but common sense has to rule. You are in no position to be raising a child, and if you can't tell your mom about this part, how are you going to explain that she's going to be raising your child or helping you through abortion or adoption? Seriously... just say no!
