    Instead Cups
I bought the Instead Menstrual Cups but I am having problems inserting them. I think I found my cervix (I inserted my middle finger as far back as possible and felt a little knob like thing). My question is when I insert the cup should the ring go around my cervix?

    Please help
    Thank you

Hi yellow, I found some sites which will explain satisfactorily, one with a video available as well. Enter 'inserting menstrual cups' in Google and you will find the sites. I would put the urls here but you may not be able to access them that way.

    Good luck !

I have looked up some of them but I still am unsure whether I'm doing it correctly. Should it hook around the back of the cervix?

I have used them for conception, not menstration, and all I can tell you is that you should insert as far as you can. You should be able to feel (with your finger) the point when the cup "opens up" (is no longer bent in 1/2) and that should be far enough.

Really though, you'll have to experiment for yourself to find the right fit. ;)
