My point was the only real way you will lose THAT much weight is by starving yourself.
10 kg in a month is NOT really feasible without exercise!

Barack Obama has time to exercise, and I'm willing to bet he has a bigger work load than you. If you have time to watch television or surf the internet, you have time to exercise.

Why do you not have time to exercise, and why do you have to lose 10kg in a month?

You only have to exercise for about an hour or even just for 30 minutes a day to lose weight. 10kgs in one month without exercise is unrealistic with any diet plan. You are just going to gain all the weight back if you just diet.

Cut out all the junk. No sugar, no white carbs, no fast food. Instead, try to base every meal on a quality protein, a healthy fat and a green vegetable.

    Hello there,
I can't promise that you will loose 10 kgs in a month or not but there is something I did for myself and it worked. I lost approx 5 kgs in a month. I also monitored my health regularly with doctor to make sure that I am not doing anything unhealthy.
it is also very helpful in order to detoxify your body. This diet improved my energy level and bowel movement.
I am not sure if it is going to be equally effective for everyone but it worked for me.

I avaoided any sort of unhealthy carb (for ex : any bread, roti, rice, muffin, cake, chocolate etc.)

breakfast; fresh fruits(any) and I ate them until I felt full. Of course I would slowly. Mainly I used to eat apple, grapes, pears etc. these are high in fibre and gives you loads of energy.

snacks: I would normally eat no snacks except loads of lukewarm water. If really hungry then munch on carrot and hummus.

lunch: spinach salad with 1 or 2 home baked chicken thighs( no skin of course)and 1/4 th cup of almond slices with any low calorie salad dressing. Don go too much on the dressing because those are fattening.I used eat a huge bowl of salad as I=otherwise I would feel hungry. Again eat slowly. Try to eat your lunch taking at least an hour time. You will feel full for a looong time.

and keep drinking water.. I usually drink at least 2 - 3 litre of water.

and then I would not eat anything until tnext morning. I usually ate the lunch around 2 or 2;30 pm. So that I feel full for long time.
I stayed away from milk, sugar, or any sort of other fattening things. But if you are tea or coffe person you can have them but preferably no milk or fat free milk..
give it a shot. It worked for me. And I was perfectly healthy after a month except I had more energy and I felt more fresh.

just so you know , because you are not eating your dinner, sleep early and let your body detoxify. U might feel slight dizziness. That's because your body is detoxifing. Again keep monitoroing your health with doctors. I did to make sure I am not doing anything wrong. Everybody is made different so u might react differently than others.
and yes I didn't do any exercise for this period. I slept a lot.

hope this might work.good luck :)
