I've been working out for the past week, and I've been feeling a bit slimmer, but when I weighed myself the other day I hadn't lost any weight, but my body fat percentage went down about 10%. Is this possible, or did the scale screw up?

It's possible to lose body fat but no weight and it's fine. Don't go by the scale. When you lose body fat your fat is turning into muscle.
Yes! Is 10% too much though?
How did you measure your body fat and you lost this in one week? What is your diet and/or exercise rountine?
This scale that measures body fat. I'm not really on a "routine." Breakfast is usually yogurt, lunch- a sandwich, cottage cheese, some salad, dinner- something with a salad. I'm in college so it's only dining hall food. I've been going to the gym four days a week. 30 minutes on the eliptical, and then I'd do some reps exercising my abs and arms mostly.
Remember that fat muscle weighs more than fat. So, for some, you actually gain weight when working out, but loose inches.
Thanks guys. I think I just need to be patient. I am losing weight, just not the ten a week that I want to.
