My Toro Lawn mower fires after choking to start while trying to start but does not keep running. It is a push mower with a pull starter. After priming it will fire but does not keep running. Sometimes I can keep it running by manually pushing the choke. It normal dies four to five times before it finally gets running. Once it is running it is fine.

It seems like it is not getting a gas flow? Any fixes?

Some of the new carbs are all plastic. And have no replacement parts. How is the shape of your primer bulb? Check the bulb for any cracks, or small holes. Also check and see that the "keeper" ring is in place good around the primer bulb.
