Um, I've never seen a dress sold with matching heels. Is this a simple summer dress you're looking for? A formal dress? There's so many other things that are important for finding a dress. Like body type. Light skin doesn't mean much either. One shade of pink may look great while another shade of pink is a disaster.

As for finding a dress and heels under $50, I'd suggest looking starting on the clearance racks at any store that sells dresses in your local mall and someplace like payless, or similar discount shoe stores for the heels. Or outlet malls sometimes have good deals. Or maybe even something on eBay or craigslist.
