Hey, I have a problem kind of. I REALLY like this guy that goes to my church. I usually don't pay attention to looks, but he is really cute and really funny. But I think he is disgusted by me :(. I'm nothing special, not overweight or anything but I'm also not beautifully thin. I'm obsessed with this guy, he's just perfect but I think he hates me. We used to be cool butMy little brother was really sick a couple weeks ago and my other two brothers and I had to stay there and I think I got a little to obnoxious or something because I'm really quiet at church but if I get to know someone I get really loud and act like a jerk. I wish I could do it all over again and not act like a retard the while time. Please help me know what to do about this! :▁(

Hey, so, there's this guy at my church and iI'm practically obsessed with him. I usually don't care about a guys appearance so much as his personality but this particular person happens to be extremely cute! He is funny and kind and very responsible, (him having 4 little sisters its kind of a necessity). His oldest little sister is about 9 months younger than me and is possibly the best friend I've ever had*haven't had very many*. I wouldn't consider myself very attractive, I'm not overweight at all, but I'm not thin either. Anyway, I really like him but I think he hates me. A couple of weeks ago, my little brother was sick and since his family is the only one who lives in our area that we know, my other two brothers and I stayed at their house for about four days. Thing is, I'm really quiet at church but once I get to know someone, I'm really loud and a bit of a jerk to everyone. I think I was acting really obnoxious while I was there. He is mature and really fun at the same time, its amazing :). BUT he hates me. I know it. Sorry for the longness guys, but please if you have any suggestions towards what I should do about this please tell me. And please don't say to get over him because I don't believe that is physically or mentally possible in my state of mind.

You have a crush, and everyone acts kind of awful when they have a crush. When it wears off, you will be OK again (although he may never want to get involved with you). Nothing you can do! Try not to take it personally. There will be tons of people who won't be attracted to you, and there will be tons of people you won't be attracted to. Eventually you click with someone. That's life.

If you really think there is something you have to 'do' then all I can say is to act normal around him again, and he will forget the times you acted obnoxious. Usually people can tell when someone has a crush on them, and how can that be bad? It's a compliment.
