    AR 1099-MISC Filing Requirement?
    Small business in Arkansas files 1099-MISC with IRS. Is it required to file a state copy with AR's Dept of Finance Admin? I can't find answer on state of Arkansas' website. If so, where do I file it?

    Yes, you must send a copy of the Form 1099-MISC to the state tax authority where the work was performed AND where the recipient of the Form 1099 lives.

    If you can find no address on the website, give them a call and ask for the address.

    Yo can get the address from the Minnesota state government website under TAXES.
