You might be talking about a song called "Around the World". It goes something like this "lalalalala-all around the world-just lalalalala. everybody singing lalalalala". When I first heard the song I was saying "nanananana". It's a techno song and the group that sings the song is called "ATC", and the song is called "Around the World".
