I am Black and I have a lot of scars on my legs that I got from cuts as a child. How do I get them removed or faded so that I can wear a short dress or a skirt.

I'm not black, but I had a scar between my eyebrows from an "altercation" years ago. I rubbed Vitamin E oil on it and you can no longer see it. It will take some time. Good luck.
