I have been in a relationship off and on for 10 years. I have moved in and out 3 times. During one of our breakups he now has a 5 year old son. He also had a son that past away 4 years ago. I have a 13 year old daughter from my first and only marriage. My daughter wants to move out. During his son's death, he was with someone else and I couldn't even stand to go to the funeral. I had helped raised this son myself. There are so many issues that I can't get past. I need advice

It sounds like this relationship is pretty unhealthy and you sound unhappy. If you are planning on ending the relationship that's probably a pretty smart thing to do.

You deserve to be in a satisfying relationship that makes you feel loved. If you do not feel either of those things in your current situation then it is clearly not working for you.
