I have a lien and a Deed of Trust on a piece of property that I purchased in 1973. I have paid the mortgage and taxes on this piece of property since 1973. In 2005 I financed the property to get cash out and I am paying on the mortgage now. The next door neighbor had a survey done and said that our house is on their property. How do we determine whose survery is correct?

When you bought the property, you probably bought title insurance. That policy is still in effect. I'd make a claim.
