I think the attached diagram will get you what you want. All the white (neutral) wires should be attached together (including the one from your power source). The black (hot) wire from the power source is split amongst the 3 switches to control your 3 devices.

While this diagram may not match exactly what you have, it ought to be close. For example, the 2 lights may have their white wires connected internally. In that case, you'll just have one white to deal with for the pair.

    Be careful with electricity!

It is crucial to know were the power source is going to be. If the source of power is in the ceiling, then it is necessary to build a switch loop to feed the array of switches.

In the diagram upbove, the power source is being fed directly to the switches and then from the switch to theunit.

What will your configuration be, switch loop or not?

This is one manufacturer's wiring diagram which uses one multi-function switch which can be purchased separately, and the one switch unit takes up less wall space:

The line diagram is fine, but does not reflect the real world wiring of this unit.

Thing is you either need 4-wire cable or two runs, one XX/2 and one XX/3 from the switches to the fan.

This is not an easy install for someone without some experience.
