    Need to lose 40 pounds
    I'm 40 pounds larger than I was before I had my baby what is a quick and easy way to get back to the size I was?

    For me, and I am a man, the quick and easy way would be to not buy or consume anything that contains over 4 grams of fat. And, then to exercise regularly, like once or twice a day. In a year-and-a-half I went from being nearly 250 pounds to about 183 pounds (my high school weight.) But, I know that how you lose weight is different for women.

    Lowering body fat percentages comes from healthy and steady weight loss of no more than 3 pounds per week. This lowers body fat and that helps with permanent weight control limiting weight regain. Anyone can lose weight fast but it doesn't mean lowering body fat %. Always eat a natural low fat, low sugar, low sodium, low calorie foods, Whole grain breads, rice, pasta, cereals, Low fat dairy, Lean meats, like skinless chicken, turkey, fish loin type meats, 2-3 oz is a serving size, baked or broiled in canola or olive oil. You need to load up on veggies, fruits, legumes, small portions of seeds and nuts. Cut out cakes, candy, chips fast foods, presweetened drinks, drink lots of water. Exercise if trying to lose abdominal fat, use crunches, hip lifts, aerobics, weight/resistance training, jogging, walking, just a good overall program, 3-4 times a week for at least 30 minutes

    The best way to do this is to go on a detox diet you can lose 40 pounds in a month.. its not healthy but it is possible. For more info on it go to Lose 40 Pounds
