I am non-immigrant worker in US. I applied for my 2007 tax returns and applied for my wife's ITIN no. I got my refund amount to my bank account directly. Due to my change of address, after appling for the returns I did not receive my wife's ITIN no. how do I get my wife's ITIN no.

Call the IRS and explain the situation. After they confirm your identity, they will give you're the ITIN over the phone and then mail it to your new address.

To be sure that you receive all correspondence from the IRS in a timely manner send them form 8822, a change of address form. You can find it on the internet, or your local library.
