On my windows vista computer when ever my sister logs onto her profile a box comes up saying goolge EULA we don't no what it is or how to get rid of it can you help

Just say YES to it and it won't bother you again.

Go to Start
Go to Run, and type in msconfig
Window will pop up, click StartUp tab ( thou its very important NOT to mess around with any other tabs on this window, if you don't know what you're doing)
In the Startup tab , scroll through and look for a Google program, if you find one , uncheck it, click OK, and do the restart it requests,
Upon sign in under your account a window will pop up, put a check in the box that says don't show this message again, then click Ok. This should fix it.
