I went to turn on my faucet in my house and find no water from any faucet. I have been using the water as I normally do today. We have a well, with a submersable pump.

The pump may have blown a fuse.
I am a little ignorant on this subject, so I apologize if this questions sounds stupid, would I just turn the switch on the circuit breaker to determine if this was the issue? Or just try to replace the fuse? And where would I find this fuse?
There is no fuse. You have a breaker. Just make sure the breaker is on, which is done by turning it off, then turning it back on.
