I have been trying to conceive for the last 4 months, but to no avail ;( A week before I am due to start my periods I get severe abdominal cramps, typical breast tenderness, mood swings and cravings. Had sex on my two fertile days this cycle and there is 8 days left to my next period. The worry is I have strange cramping feelings that come and go.. for two days had itchy nipples but no tenderness at all! Weird bubbly sounds in my upper stomach cavity and really hungry!! I dind it worrisome that I have no pms symptoms. Could I be pregnant??
