Water leaking up through septic tank in my yard and just had it pumped
I recently had my septic pumped because water was to the top and leaking out of the ground. The water is to the very top again and every time I flush the toilet you can see water coming up through the septic tank outside. I am a new home owner and have no idea what the problem could be. The toilet has never backed up and have had no plumbing problems. I don't understand why this would happen since I just had it pumped a few months ago and I live alone

The issue is not your tank it is your field. Sounds like the field has failed or your ground has become saturated. Tanks are always nearly full with just a about a 3" air space on the top. Any water added to the tank above the 3" is displaced out the baffle and into the field. Your field has no air space. Time to call a Septic pro for 3 bids. Chances are your local building department will need to issue a permit but won't do that until the land passes a perc test, this may be a problem
