Water not working in half the house
I just bought a house, had the water turned on and only the kitchen faucet and outdoor faucets work. I only get water in the bathroom when the kitchen faucet is on with not much pressure. There are only one shut off, at the main{city water}which is on. I was thinking the valve at the street wasn't opened all the way?

I=Even if it was you would still have pressure throughout the house. I would start tracking down water lines looking for shut off valves. Because you don't know the history of your house plumbing you might have to call in a plumber to figure it out, Good luck, Tom
