    Glacier Bay Web Site
Can someone tell me if there is a web site for Glacier Bay faucet parts or if Glacier Bay has their own site? Looking for plastic diverter stem (I think that's what it is called) for a shower faucet.

    Hi Glake,
    They do have a website:

    Glacierbayfaucet.com

I was having difficulty accessing it though. Perhaps you'll have better luck later.

Glacier Bay is carried by Home Depot.
Most Glacier Bay faucets are manufactured by Globe Union Industrial Faucet Company of Canada , China, and elsewhere. Their brands, besides Pegasus and Glacier Bay, include Danze and Gerber.

Try Glacier Bay instead. Seems to be a home depot house brand

I bought a Glacier Bay kitchen faucet a few years ago at Home Depot. The Handle just broke and Home depot has almost no parts for these. I did some digging and called a number I was given. Man answered the phone and then asked for my model number. I gave it to him and he told me that many models of Glacier Bay Faucets are LIFETIME GUARANTEE. He is sending me the handle and a complete new spray head, FREE, and said if I have any more trouble, Call him.
This is almost unheard of today, a company that truly honors a Lifetime Guarantee.

Glacier Bay Parts can be reached at (877) 708-0007

    Three Cheers for Glacier Bay.

Have the glacier bay teapot 4 in two handle lavatory in brushed nickel faucet. It is now leaking but I can't see how to repair. There is a round piece on top of the hot water side marked H and one on the cold water side marked C. With other faucets you remove these and take the stem out for repair. I can't get the H or C out to remove the stem. How do you remove the stem to replace washer?

It looks like Glacier Bay's main manufacturer/distributor in the U.S. is Home Depot.

You should be able to see pictures etc. of Glacier Bay stuff using Home Depot's online store using this link: click here.

    Thanks CB...

Home depot does indeed carry the glacier bay line, but for most repair parts or specification sheets people will need to contact glacier bay directly at (877) 708-0007.

For faucets themselves they can click on this link:

    http://glacierbayfaucet.org/

    Thanks again,

I had an experience similar to Secarisma (above) but with a different phone number:
    https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/plumbing/glacier-bay-283919-2.html

And a different web site (also useless) than listed here.

I was placed on hold for a short time, the phone was answered as parts helper. I gave my model number and they are shipping me the part, no questions asked should arrive in 3-5 business days. The phone number is 1-877-580-5682. They also gave me a parts order confirmation number. This product has a lifetime warranty.

Glacierbayfaucet.org is NOT Glacier Bay products website. It is a blog site for someone (probably a plumber). There is no Glacier Bay website. The address on the warranty that came with my faucet, purchased from Home Depot is a Home Depot address

The number 877-708-0007 is answered ATL services; a division of Mad Gal? Faucets. NOT Glacier Bay

To return a Glacier Bay faucet that is 10 months old, hot water handle stem broke off. Home Depot, where it was purchased said I had to go through the manufacturer. But Home Depot distrubutes Glacier Bay.

Please post back on the results, OK?

    Thanks you...

I tried both numbers; got a husky sounding woman who said, "You have reached Glacier Bay, please leave a message." It interrupts the message I leave to say, "Goodbye". The other connects me (after a half hour wait) to a distributor that says they don't make the particular model I have and gave me another toll free number, 866-881-7890. That connected me to a lovely sounding woman, more professional, that said, "I am either away from my desk or on the phone, please leave me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible." She left me a message saying to call Vickie at 866-863-1500. She also said if I was calling about bath faucet #164-893 to call 866-863-9931. Just called it... got the same voice mail message. Left a message. Meanwhile, I researched Glacier Bay & found it is a division of Globe International. They actually sent a message back, & said I could send them model number or pictures of broken faucet... they will make arrangements for Home Depot to refund me.

    Hi Carolsue...

Quite the run around... huh? Thank you for posting your experience on this... may be helpful in discouraging others to purchase the glacier bay line of faucets if it is going to be this much of a hassle!

    Thanks again!

This is the exact message I received from Globe Union International: Please note that Globe Union is one of the manufacturers of the Glacier Bay/Pegasus program for Home Depot. There are several companies who make these products; Glacier Bay is not a company in itself, but a brand name owned by Home Depot. If we can trouble you for a model number, or a photo of the faucet, we can determine the manufacturer and model number.
In cases where a complete replacement is required, Home Depot will exchange the faucets. It's possible that this wasn't accepted as an exchange because you may not have had your model information with you. Once we have determined the model number we can put you in touch with Home Depot's customer care department so that they can make the exchange as easy as possible for you.
Please forward photos at your earliest convenience and we will get started.

Thank you above for ALL the feedback. I'm looking for the pull-down sprayer head for the kitchen faucet Model 8184. I did find:
Glacier Bay Faucets and sanitary ware
    2455 Paces Ferry Road NW
Atlanta, GA 30339-4024 at 1-800-220-3036 where the was a voice recording that says to dial x106 for Glacier Bay. The man who answered requested the faucet model numberand he immediately said they no longer service this faucet. He advised me to call is:(877) 708-0007 which is ATL Services. I left a message, but it has been 2 days now and I've received no calls.

SO - I went to Home Depot (where the faucet was purchased) and took the phone #: 1-877-527-0313 from the package which turns out to be Home Depot. The associate gave me her name and direct contact number; then even called Glacier Bay in an attempt to resolve the issue. She stated sometimes email works better but she tried to call anyway. An email needed to be sent. She said she will check back with me tomorrow to be sure Glacier Bay follows up with me. WHO KNEW!! GIVE IT A TRY. I WAS Surprised SHE WOULD GO SO FAR.

If you look at my previous post, the number works for glacier bay. You need the model number. I went online and found the pics to get my model number. I received my replacement parts in 3 days as they indicated. They are closed on weekends and they close at 5 during the week.

    Hello

Had hard time finding the correct phone number but this one works well... 1(877)580-5682. Very nice lady from Atlanta ,GA answered and asked for model number of my Glacier Bay faucet and ordered the new parts and shipped them to me free of charge to my home. Should arrive in 5 day. Excellent and easy customer service. Never even asked for proof of purchase. The hardest thing was finding out the model number... I went to homedepot online store they had about 176 different Glacier Bay products and parts. Hope this helps!

    Hi Helper...

We posted that number up at post #11 and #18... glad to hear it still works... ;)

For future readers, if you e-mail a picture over to these guys (@1(877)580-5682) they can usually find the model number for you and then get the right parts without messing around trying to figure out the model number via any web site searches!

    Good day!

I purchased a Glacier Bay 2-handle lavatory faucet and installed it in accordance to the instruction sheet. The faucet worked fine, except for the fact that water leaked out around the stopper assembly when the stopper was in the down position. Glacier Bay sent me a new stopper assembly, but it seemed to be identical to the original, which showed no defects. I found that the stopper assembly worked perfectly and that the water leaked out between the sink and the stopper flange. Glacier Bay suggested that I return the faucet - that it is not compatible with every sink. I decided to try one more thing: I removed the flange and gooped up the surrounding area with a lot of plumbers' putty, much more than normally required. That did the trick, and now everything works perfectly. A nice faucet at a reasonable price!
