How do I fill out Answer-contract form PLD-C-010
I was sued by a finance company and I was trying to fillout a form to avoid lawyer's fee, but I have a hard time understanding the form . If any one knows the form can you walk me through please? The form is PDL-C-010.

    Hello w:

We're not here to help people "avoid" lawyers fees. We're here to help them win their cases.

Sometimes, when there's legwork to do, or phone calls to make, we help people do it themselves.

Sometimes, when it's a pretty simple procedure, we'll tell people how to do it themselves...

But, when somebody comes along who has NO IDEA what they're doing, we wouldn't be helping them AT ALL, if we just told them how to fill out a form, and left it at that...

Because the law is MUCH more than a form filled out correctly, and filling it out correctly WON'T help anybody WIN their case.

Hey Excon- That bullsh***t! It's a simple form that either just buys more time before bankruptcy. Who is really going to deny they owe money to a credit card company in court?? Help them out!!

Who the hell made you an expert in legal forms EXCON? There is such a thing as fee waivers since you seem to be so sure that lawyers fee are trying to be avoided. I think you have no clue what to do with the form lol You don't have to be a jerk about it!

Is this what you are talking about?

Apparently some help can be found here.

Seems fairly straight-forward. Which questions are you having trouble with?

For anyone who is seeking help with the PDL-C-010 there is a link to the Sacramento law library that has a PDF download that has a sample form filled out to help with filling out your own papers. It gives a filled in form so you may see what goes where etc. It's a shame some people don't understand that there are circumstances that make it hard for some people to correct a debt i.e. unforseen 100% disability with very low income. Hopefully they will never have to go through this themselves. Here is a link Responding to a Breach of Contract Lawsuit Hope this helps someone
