    Calories VS fat intake?
    Need to know which is most important my daily calorie intake, or fat intake, in order to lose weight, I eat a lot of fast food, and don't really cook, live on a lot of mcdonalds?

    Well, the most important thing when trying to shed pounds is usually to exercise... do cardio and boost your metabolism. Any weight loss from dieting alone without this is likely to be slow and nonsustainable.

    After that, well, mcd's is a problem unless you're going with healthier stuff. In energetics, the body can get more energy out of fat, which means more stored as fat in your body if your metabolism isn't high or your calories are askew.

    But you really need to consider both your overall caloric intake, with moderation of fats.

    Sorry. You probably need a lifestyle change.

    There both very important, you need to control calorie intake as well as fat. Eating at McD is not the best choice, except maybe the salads, with low fat dressing only, there's a lot of healthier choices in fast food like subway for instance. Exercise like he said is the next best thing if your going to continue eating high fat foods, Your heart and arteries will be hurting if you keep up this lifestyle for any length of time. You need to change things listen to kp2171 on this!!

    I agree with them I love mcd"s but it really is not hard to grab a apple ,or veggies I'm doing good on my diet and I have 3 kids and stick to eating fruit (I don't like to many veggies)i make my food ahead of time then freeze it when I cook dinner for my kids &husband I make mine and still sit with them and enjoy if a mother of 3 with a fulltime job can do it anyone can
