I'm a 14 year old boy who has recently started puberty and a few weeks ago I found a lump under the skin and on the back of my penis and it is near the glans, sometimes when I press it it hurts. It is smaller than a pea and I am worried it could be cancer. Could someone please tell me if it is fatal?

It may be a lymph node. Sometimes when we have a slight cold or fighting off a virus or infection they will be sore and tender. Try not to stress and speak with your dad about it it is probably nothing to worry about.
Hopefully our nurse j9 will come along and give you a much better explanation than I can. I am really trying to ease your fears and let you know it can definitely be something besides cancer.
