I have a single hard bump on the right side of the base of my penis! I got out of the shower today and I got a needle and had to poke the bump inside and pus and blood was coming out! I think it might be a pimple or something like that! Can anyone help me out??

It probably was just a pimple, if it swells up again or anything else, I would see a doctor.

O OK! It still feels kind of hard! I tried poking it again with the needle and just blood with a little bit of pus came out!
