Hi, Does anyone know what drug is used when people are having a lot of trouble with grief, commonly used to get them through the funeral and viewing. Is it Advan or something like that, not even sure if that is a drug. Thanks for all your help.

The name of the medication you are looking for, I think, is Ativan. There are others in this same class, but with the spelling you used, I believe this is the one you are talking about.
