I have two kids. My five year old started the same way. Basic words and so forth by the age of 3, then all of a sudden he started learning at a very rapid pace. Seems like within a couple of months he caught up to the rest of the kids. My two year on the other hand is speaking better than my 5 year old did at the age of 3. If you are really concerned you can speak with his pediatrician and they can test his speaking & reading levels. I took my son and they said everything was fine. I do have a nephew who is now 6 years old and still doesn't speak clearly and doesn't make full sentences. . he ended up having a learning disability. So I would say to wait it out maybe another year. I also wanted to mention my oldest son didn't attend a daycare program when he was young. My two year old does so I think that plays a major factor in his development. Anyway, I would say talk to your pediatrician about your concerns.

Thanks dear for your answer.yes we have talked to our child specialist he said he think that he has ADHD.but sometimes he does so well that we think he don't have the same.Actually we have not concerned any doctor specific for this reason.now he is gng to playschool and teacher say that he is improving like he has started giving attention.have also started picking up new words.but he is very ridged.we can not forced him to do something which we want.he love sounds.so keep him busy playing with his musical toys, untensil extra anything which produce sound.I m terrified wheather go to some pediatrician or wait at least for 6 months.now he has started playing with other kids also earlier he wasn't.
