Is the insurance responsible for water in my walls?
Isurance Co is refusing to cover damage to leakage rof that has now caused water to flood our walls of our home, our home is totaled and no one wants to take responsibility... What should I do, I have tried everything,I am now thinking I need to put in a claim for mold, I have four children, and I also run a daycare out of my home, this is damaging to our health if nothing is done about it and it leaves my family homeless...

What is their written reason for the refusal?

How old is the roof? Generally, a leaky roof is a maintenance issue, not covered by insurance.
