I was a employ of adnoc distribution in U A E. Unfortunately I was terminated from the job in 4/12/2010.then I go to office for cancellation I went their for more than 30 times ,they told me came after some days,I do the same thing for 6 months and the answer was also the same.at last they starting the cancellation process from 4/7/2011.after all I go to the emigration , I realise that I am in black list for last seven monnth ,for not reporting to the company . I have proof for reported to the company.the company said that they cannot do anything. What I do for removing me from black list. If I am in black list I cannot come back I U A E ,I want to come back here for another job . Please help me

It sounds like you were terminated for a reason they think is one to keep you from coming back, and this is how they made sure. It's a small country and all those companies and the government work together, and the gov't is strict. Do you think you have a chance of being hired by another company in UAE?
